Consultant – Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Contribute to Circle’s mission to foster innovation in the digital finance sector

• Ensure the vendor contract review process remains efficient and transparent

• Provide crucial holiday coverage to maintain the continuity of legal operations

• Opportunity to extend into deal desk support for the Sales and Customer Success teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in dynamic environments, ideally within technology startups or scale-ups

• Excellent negotiation abilities, especially in SaaS, privacy, AI contracting, and general commercial agreements

• Practical experience with AI technologies

• Capability to work independently while balancing risk against business requirements

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time hours
