Consultant, Integrated Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily communications with the client and the agency concerning project activities.

• Comprehend APR’s cost-optimization approach and pinpoint suitable efficiency categories.

• Implement client policies, production guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Recognize production-process challenges and suggest impactful solutions.

• Initiate projects and serve as the intermediary for production-related information between the agency and the client.

• Assess potential production vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Engage in pre-bid meetings to ensure alignment of project scope with both the agency and the client.

• Analyze and compare these elements and prepare recommendations for the agency and/or the client.

• Examine the agency’s cost estimate to confirm that all agreed-upon costs are incorporated.

• Oversee the project throughout its production, post-production, and delivery phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade of hands-on experience in producing advertising content within a production firm.

• Extensive experience with beauty, luxury, or fashion brands.

• Proven track record in responding to advertising production RFPs/tenders.

• Experience in an advertising agency and/or client-side role may also be taken into account.

• Consulting experience is highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, passionate, and capable of working effectively without daily oversight.

• Bilingual in French and English.
