This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new IDENTICA network partner workshops and providing support during the transition of ownership to new proprietors or successors.
• Monitoring partner workshops to ensure compliance with IDENTICA's established standards.
• Collaborating to develop strategies aimed at increasing revenue for each partner workshop.
• Taking independent responsibility for the performance of partner workshops in technical operations, marketing, insurance/leasing issues, and human resources.
• Representing the network at various events (both internal and external).
• Assisting in the enhancement of the network's service offerings and those of its members in response to the needs of work providers, including fleet, leasing, and insurance companies, as well as claims managers in the German market, particularly in the fields of bodywork and mechatronics.
• Executing diverse initiatives to support marketing efforts, such as aligning standards among participating workshops, providing software assistance for network management, developing marketing concepts, and participating in events and trade shows.
• Engaging in cross-brand collaboration with sales lines on all pertinent matters related to the network and customer loyalty programs.
• Organizing regional events, including concept development, planning, and partner acquisition.
• Technical vocational qualification (master craftsman or equivalent) in bodywork, vehicle painting, or mechatronics, or a commercial degree (bachelor's or equivalent) paired with relevant technical work experience.
• Professional experience in the OEM aftermarket (automotive industry) or in automotive insurance or leasing/fleet business (minimum of 4 years or equivalent educational background).
• Familiarity with workshop networks or customer loyalty programs.
• Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Capability to identify complex interrelationships.
• Ability to abstract and convey concepts effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial key figures relevant to client workshops.
• Creative, conceptual, and strategic thinking for project development and sustainable implementation.
• Proficient diplomatic skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of software utilized in daily operations (CRM, MS Office, etc.) along with practical experience in AI applications.
• Native-level proficiency in German, with good English skills considered an advantage.
• High willingness to travel within the region.
• Valid driving license (car) and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Residence in the Central Bavaria region.
