This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
β’ In the role of Consultant - HCM & Travel Management, you will deliver Level 2 functional support for SAP HCM, with an emphasis on Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management.
β’ You will manage daily incident resolutions within established SLAs, support payroll and travel cycles, execute configuration modifications, prepare functional documentation, assist with testing efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and Tier 3 teams to ensure seamless and compliant system operations.
β’ 3β6 years of experience with SAP HCM.
β’ Strong practical experience in configuring Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management.
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Capability to work remotely and handle multiple projects concurrently.
β’ Familiarity with SuccessFactors EC Payroll and its integrations.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
β’ Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks under time constraints.
β’ Analytical skills for reporting on SLA, KPI, and incident trends.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, BMC Helix).
β’ Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
