This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Overseeing client consultancy projects and assisting in managing project-related analytics, data, and tools provided by Navlin.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks related to client projects or internal activities while upholding the highest standards of quality and value expectations.
• Lead research and analysis concentrating on pricing strategies, market access launch tactics, competitor assessments, value-based pricing evaluations, and HTA.
• Recognize client needs and challenges, implementing solid strategic and data-driven solutions while effectively managing your workload to prepare client deliverables.
• Contribute to business development through the creation of proposals.
• Perform activities under the supervision of an Engagement Manager, primarily working remotely due to the composition of the team.
• A B.S./B.A. in a relevant field (life sciences, economic/managerial sciences, or medical engineering) is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical/health industry and/or 2-4 years of management consulting experience.
• Familiarity with life sciences business practices and the challenges clients encounter in specific areas of responsibility.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of the market research development process.
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data and various types of information from multiple sources to produce comprehensive business analyses and recommendations.
• Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing several projects and tasks concurrently.
• Proven self-awareness and accountability.
• Ability to lead and take ownership of personal projects.
• Capacity to establish credibility with clients at their companies.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the annual work schedule, primarily for off-site company events.
