This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with a team of assessors in the role of a federal compliance specialist
β’ Prepare audit observations
β’ Take the lead in conducting interviews and walkthrough inquiries with clients independently
β’ Evaluate security vulnerabilities
β’ Analyze assessment reports
β’ Educate clients on compliance activities and provide interpretations
β’ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services
β’ Maintain relevant industry certifications
β’ At least 2-3 years of experience within the IT sector
β’ Strong knowledge of the applicable NIST Special Publications 800-37 Revision 2, 800-53 Revision 5, and 800-53A Revision 5
β’ In-depth technical understanding of NIST 800-53 Rev 5 control families
β’ Capability to lead testing sessions for designated controls
β’ Proficiency in independently researching technical subjects
β’ Ability to assist team members in the collection of appropriate artifacts
β’ Read and interpret all control families
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Strong self-motivation to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
β’ Bachelor's degree in IT or business, or a comparable combination of education and work experience
β’ Hold one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CCNA Cyber Ops, CySA+, CISA, CISM, etc.
