This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Acts as the main point of contact between the customer and the organization for managing specific programs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversees customer account profitability by forecasting, planning, and monitoring the effectiveness and execution of strategies.
• Works in collaboration with site teams to ensure that product deliveries and quality adhere to requirements while keeping projects/programs on track.
• Manages projects/programs, which include MRP volumes, new product development, and the execution of contracts.
• Organizes and conducts regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams to sustain communication and progress updates.
• Keeps track of current and upcoming programs to meet revenue goals and address any deviations from the plan.
• Engages in ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and collect performance feedback.
• Gathers and analyzes customer surveys and self-assessments, resolving issues and acting as an advocate for the customer.
• Involved in forecasting, planning, pricing, contract development, and monitoring how order changes impact inventory.
• Delivers performance reporting and analysis for Operations and Customer Performance Reviews, crafting plans to resolve any issues.
• Aids in account planning and strategy formulation, partnering with sales and business development to fulfill customer requirements.
• Six or more years of pertinent experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong skills in customer interaction, negotiation, problem-solving, and database management.
• Capability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while effectively communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire teams and achieve production targets.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling needs, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with design systems and project management for product development is essential for design services.
• An understanding of global logistics systems and product delivery methods is crucial for repair services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business challenges related to PCBA manufacturing, pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
