This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Play a key role in the delivery of transformation programs.
• Facilitate the comprehensive delivery of intricate, cross-functional transformation projects — overseeing project timelines, monitoring milestones and outcomes, generating status updates, and ensuring coordination across various workstreams.
• You are responsible for the quality of your results, not merely your efforts.
• Champion change that truly takes effect.
• Design and implement change management and communication strategies — including impact assessments, engagement plans, and stakeholder communications — that address the human aspect of transformation and encourage genuine adoption.
• Cultivate client relationships. Interact directly with client teams, foster trust with stakeholders, and establish the presence and credibility that set a strong consultant apart.
• You will receive support from senior team members while taking on increasing responsibilities as you progress.
• Advance your consulting career. Actively seek feedback, mentorship, and learning opportunities. Approach each engagement with curiosity and initiative, and develop the skills — including AI-enhanced delivery capabilities — that will shape the future of consulting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dynamic, large enterprise settings, either as a consultant or an internal employee, with exposure to complex transformation initiatives.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in uncertain environments — comfortable working across various functions and industries, leading with curiosity instead of waiting to become the expert.
• Some experience in change management — you have assisted organizations in navigating transitions, rather than merely documenting plans.
• A clear and confident communicator — proficient in writing, delivering presentations with credibility, and building rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Yearly performance bonus: up to 5%.
