This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide a robust analytical viewpoint on each client's supply chain and demonstrate a proactive curiosity to resolve issues effectively.

• Engage in defined client projects as an integral part of the consulting team.

• Collaborate closely with the project manager to achieve optimal results for each engagement.

• Fulfill project requirements punctually, maintaining a strong sense of urgency regarding milestones.

• Assist in supply chain and logistics consulting projects across a variety of customer industries.

• Evaluate operational, financial, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create data-driven recommendations and aid in solution development processes.

• Work together with project managers, fellow consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and on-site operational evaluations.

• Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables that effectively communicate the analysis.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and a sense of urgency.

• Utilize continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving techniques to address client challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline (required).

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in interpreting large data sets.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; knowledge of SQL or relational databases is a plus.

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms (preferred).

• Excellent organizational skills — adept at managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines simultaneously.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to professionally engage with clients and internal teams.

• A self-motivated approach: initiative, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.

• Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong ethical foundation.
