This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with seasoned consultants and subject matter experts across various industry sectors to enhance clients’ operational capabilities.

• Assist in structuring and preparing client projects.

• Participate in significant client interactions while generating outputs for senior management.

• Contribute to projects focused on developing safety leadership and fostering a strong safety culture.

• Mitigate operational risks and improve safety and risk-management systems and capabilities.

• Conduct assessments.

• Design and implement training and coaching programs.

• Develop systems for operational risk management.

• Facilitate workshops and offer technical advice to clients.

• Oversee projects, including project planning, governance, and risk management.

• Utilize and enhance analytical and problem-solving skills in both domestic and international client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or an industrial operations environment.

• Degree in a business-related major or engineering from a prestigious university.

• Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, and Access.

• Ideally, familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Willingness and capability to travel and work on client sites as needed; travel of 70% or more is required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated individual, eager to drive improvement initiatives.

• Willingness to gain expertise in all facets of clients’ operations.
