This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead client engagements centered around advanced primary care, optimization of onsite clinics, and strategies for direct contracting.
• Perform data analysis for health centers, encompassing claims analysis, breakeven modeling, and strategic recommendations.
• Design and oversee the entire RFP process, which includes strategy sessions, vendor assessments, finalist facilitation, BAFO coordination, and contract negotiations.
• Create multi-year strategic roadmaps that feature clearly defined goals associated with utilization, engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial ROI.
• Supervise vendor accountability, performance guarantees, staffing model audits, and operational efficiency.
• Lead stakeholder alignment sessions involving HR, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership.
• Assist in implementation and transition processes to guarantee smooth clinic launches and operational stability.
• Aid in business development initiatives by contributing to producer strategy and discussions about client solutions.
• Maintain expertise in advanced primary care, occupational medicine integration, and employer-sponsored care models.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health strategy, or benefits management.
• Profound understanding of self-funded health plans, healthcare cost drivers, and ROI modeling.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with established timelines.
• Strong executive presence, capable of leading discussions at the senior level and influencing decisions.
• Experience in RFP development, vendor assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Advanced analytical abilities, including data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing deliverables.
• Proven leadership in strategic planning and development of healthcare programs.
