This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of tickets from customer inquiries.
• Supervise and manage MAS support tickets, including their routing and escalation.
• Create, deactivate, or modify user accounts and permissions on the Accela platform.
• Assist in testing service packs and releases.
• Offer proactive advice on client-led testing for significant releases.
• Escalate complex troubleshooting issues when necessary.
• Design and adjust workflows, business rules, and automation processes.
• Develop and modify fee calculation structures.
• Configure and address urgent system challenges.
• Generate and refresh reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
• Implement advanced scripting and automation for current configurations.
• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for clearly presenting technical concepts.
• Strong capability in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform.
• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration.
• Proven experience in supporting highly technical and intricate enterprise information systems.
