Construction Superintendent – Nevada Qualifying Individual (QI)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Act as the designated Qualifying Individual (QI) for the company's Nevada Class B Contractor's License.

• Direct field construction operations for large-scale battery storage, solar, and various energy infrastructure initiatives.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Supervise project scheduling, documentation, change orders, field reporting, and project completion.

• Ensure jobsite safety, quality assurance, and adherence to relevant codes and regulations.

• Collaborate with project management, engineering, development, and executive leadership teams.

• Assist with permitting, constructability evaluations, and project planning.

• Travel to project locations in Nevada approximately 25–30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Nevada Class B Contractor's License.

• License must be active, unrestricted, and in good standing.

• Willing and qualified to serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar construction leadership role.

• Strong background in managing subcontractors and various construction trades.

• Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and field execution.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Readiness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.

• Preferred: experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), utility-scale solar, renewable energy, electrical or power infrastructure, utility construction, industrial construction, data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure/EPC projects.

• OSHA 30 and PMP Certification are significant advantages.

• Additional contractor licenses in other states are highly desirable.

• Experience with Nevada permitting or utility interconnection is a strong plus.
