This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of a gigawatt-scale data center construction: managing sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production in alignment with the project plan.

• Conduct daily site visits to identify and resolve obstacles proactively, ensuring crews do not experience delays related to RFIs, materials, site access, or inspections.

• Uphold quality and safety standards directly at the worksite rather than from an office setting.

• Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure that systems are completed in the necessary order for startup, rather than following the construction schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience supervising heavy industrial or mission-critical construction projects while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to mentally sequence trades and identify potential clashes before they lead to delays.

• Gained respect from both inspectors and foremen for different reasons due to your expertise.

• Successfully closed out punch lists that remained resolved.

• Willingness to travel and reside at job sites as required.

• Bonus qualifications: Experience with MEP-heavy data center builds, modular installations, OSHA 30 certification, and commissioning handover experience.
