Construction Scheduler – Primavera P6

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance comprehensive project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.

• Evaluate project scope, deliverables, and timelines to formulate precise scheduling plans.

• Oversee project progress and pinpoint potential delays or risks to timelines.

• Collaborate with project teams to gather updates and modify schedules as necessary.

• Create and present schedule reports, forecasts, and updates on progress.

• Conduct critical path analysis and suggest corrective measures when required.

• Ensure that schedules align with project budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Maintain thorough documentation of scheduling data, revisions, and underlying assumptions.

• Assist in project planning activities by providing insights on sequencing and resource allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or project planning.

• Expertise in Primavera P6 software.

• Strong grasp of scheduling methodologies and the critical path method (CPM).

• Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
