Construction Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple open positions concurrently in areas such as operations, project management, administration, construction, restoration, and support services.

• Generate and publish job listings on appropriate recruitment platforms.

• Formulate sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.

• Perform initial phone and video interviews.

• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process.

• Keep precise recruiting records and maintain candidate databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Preference for experience in recruiting for operational, construction, restoration, project management, or related roles.

• Proficient in sourcing and candidate outreach techniques.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent organizational and process management abilities.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple recruiting priorities at once.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
