This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead SBD’s participation in significant North American construction projects, ensuring complete engagement from pre-construction planning through to project completion.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, gaining insight into their needs while advocating for SBD’s solutions.
• Advocate for and implement SBD’s value-added products and services, tailoring solutions to enhance project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all construction phases, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery and address any issues that arise.
• Create and execute detailed engagement plans for each assigned project, aligning SBD resources with project milestones and client requirements.
• Identify new avenues for SBD to deliver value, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction throughout the duration of the project.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide continuous updates to leadership regarding SBD’s impact and project metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management preferred
• Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels to drive strategy, influence stakeholders, and establish procedures and protocols.
• Proficient in assembling and aligning a team with the overall strategic goals of the group, taking responsibility for failures while acknowledging team successes.
• Capable of collaborating with relevant internal team members to resolve issues that arise with end users in your region.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of managing and executing a budget for your region to remain within the established forecast and allocation.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
