This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Monitor the timelines of active projects and promptly highlight any deviations from milestones or discrepancies with field conditions.
• Adjust and reconcile schedule changes based on input from the field, vendor delays, or permit issues.
• Take initiative when updates are absent and actively seek information from the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the real-time accuracy of JobTread data, including budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Fix incomplete or inconsistent entries as they are identified, rather than relying on others to address them.
• Confirm that project documentation in JobTread accurately represents actual field conditions rather than outdated assumptions.
• Serve as the real-time communication link between the Project Manager, site superintendents, and field crews.
• Address coordination issues when field updates are delayed, ambiguous, or conflicting.
• Escalate concerns only when absolutely necessary—otherwise, resolve issues directly with stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage communication with vendors and suppliers regarding lead times, orders, and tracking of deliveries.
• Actively follow up on delayed or unclear shipments without waiting for escalation requests.
• Coordinate delivery timing to align with actual site readiness rather than just planned schedules.
• Monitor permit status from submission through approval and proactively seek updates from authorities.
• Keep an organized archive of compliance documents and ensure all revisions are correctly captured.
• Identify risks when permit delays affect project execution timelines.
• Create and format progress reports based on live project data, rather than relying on static updates.
• Maintain equipment logs and safety documentation with regular updates from field inputs.
• Address documentation gaps when they arise instead of delaying reporting cycles.
• Continuously update and adjust the master project schedule based on real-time execution data.
• Coordinate the timing of material and equipment deliveries with field readiness.
• Recognize conflicts between planned schedules and actual site constraints before they escalate into blockers.
• Prior experience in Construction Project Management or a comparable field coordination role is essential.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and independently resolve field discrepancies is required.
• Must work with minimal supervision and make execution decisions without waiting for approval loops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary—this role is heavily focused on coordination, rather than just task management.
• Proven capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining data integrity.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing, stakeholders, and project execution processes is required.
