This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with the project team and effectively communicate with the client.
• Manage and regulate the scope, budget, and schedule goals for the project.
• Provide support for a high-profile client on multiple EV charging station installations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all elements of the project schedule, scope, and costs.
• Conduct value engineering for projects by identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring that material substitutions meet specifications.
• Engage with and oversee project stakeholders.
• Develop the Project Management Plan and budget/proposal at the start of the project.
• Assess documents and relay the client’s objectives and expectations to project team members.
• Formulate and convey action plans throughout the duration of the project.
• Collaborate with the cost management team regarding cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost evaluations, and budget reconciliation.
• Facilitate the permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Ensure that permits progress efficiently through the necessary processes.
• Confirm that design management adheres to client documents, budget constraints, scope, schedule, and design standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue forecasts.
• Work remotely supporting Northeast sites with 25–50% travel within the designated region.
• Proven experience in managing the construction of complex electrical or industrial projects.
• Willingness to travel semi-locally a few days each week.
• Experience in preparing Project Management Plans and budget proposals.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing action plans.
• Demonstrated capability to monitor project scope and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue forecasts.
• Familiarity with the permitting process and the ability to facilitate it to meet project deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of how this role supports organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management (preferred).
• Preference for candidates with electrical project experience.
• Must reside near an airport in the Northeast region.
• Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, and LEED.
