Construction Project Manager – Design-Build Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate numerous construction projects across various U.S. states at the same time.

• Function as an extension of company leadership, delivering high-level oversight and support for projects.

• Serve as the remote coordination center between leadership and local project managers or superintendents assigned to specific projects.

• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project status.

• Ensure that design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout activities are aligned.

• Promote effective communication among remote teams, field personnel, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Detect risks, bottlenecks, and issues early on, and escalate solutions in a proactive manner.

• Assist projects throughout the entire design-build lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and status updates for review by leadership.

• Aid in standardizing project management processes across the expanding project portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector.

• Experience in managing commercial and/or residential construction projects.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Possession of a professional certification such as PMP, DBIA, or a comparable project management credential from your home country.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• Knowledge of U.S. construction workflows, documentation, and standards.

• Comfortable working remotely with teams spread across various U.S. time zones.
