Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the main coordinator for all project documentation.

• Oversee project budgets effectively.

• Conduct a thorough review of contract documents.

• Establish and manage tracking logs for submissions.

• Ensure that all materials meet the drawings and specifications.

• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction phase.

• Keep comprehensive communication records with architects.

• Take charge of the entire project close-out process.

• Create and maintain work plans, safety plans, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.

• Record jobsite progress through consistent photo documentation and written reports.

• Develop and update project schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry.

• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects at once.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in commercial construction.

• Preferred credentials (not mandatory): PMP, CCM, QCIS, OSHA 30, and/or similar professional certifications are advantageous.
