This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Supervise various residential construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

• Efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues.

• Maintain effective communication among English and Spanish-speaking teams.

• Lead the planning and budgeting processes for several residential construction projects simultaneously.

• Create and sustain detailed project timelines utilizing Primavera and MS Project.

• Collaborate with the field team to coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Track project budgets and identify as well as address potential cost overruns.

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor schedules and deliverables.

• Ensure clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates on status.

• Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.

• Demonstrated experience in US construction (REQUIRED).

• Fluent in Spanish (Mexico/LATAM dialect) and English (accent acceptable).

• Proficient in Primavera (REQUIRED) and ProCore.

• Strong knowledge of US building codes and construction standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow belt) certification is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in residential construction project management in the US.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in both luxury and production home construction.

• Record of completing projects on schedule and within budget.

• History of successful stakeholder management across diverse teams.
