Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will be ultimately accountable for the success or failure of your project portfolio.

• You will oversee a minimum of 10 residential projects concurrently—5 in active construction and 5 in pre-construction.

• You will coordinate estimators, drafters, superintendents, and field teams to ensure alignment among all parties.

• You will project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements for each project.

• You will track budgets and schedules on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management (Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-use).

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera along with Gantt chart methodologies.

• Capability to thoroughly analyze and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
