Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Independently manage small to medium-scale projects ranging from $250K to $1M from initiation to closeout.

• Create project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

• Source and oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through a competitive bidding process.

• Lead project meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are resolved.

• Develop and oversee project budgets with real-time cost monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation.

• Demonstrated success in managing small to medium-scale projects valued between $250K and $1M.

• Strong financial skills, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar).

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% within the account portfolio.
