Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Supervise residential and commercial construction projects from a remote location, encompassing both remodeling and new builds.

• Oversee project schedules and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors.

• Analyze and interpret construction blueprints while preparing cost estimates.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule from inception to completion.

• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and critical path tasks.

• Generate comprehensive cost estimates and evaluate contractor proposals.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers remotely.

• Maintain systematic project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing both residential and commercial construction projects, including remodeling and new construction.

• Excellent timeline management skills with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without losing control.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, including architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Proven estimating skills with the ability to independently create precise cost estimates.

• Expertise in construction processes, trade sequencing, and project delivery methods.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to manage contractors and stakeholders remotely.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to thorough documentation practices.

• Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment.
