Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, design, and management of workflows for company-owned facilities within their designated region.

• Facilitate communication between the Real Estate and Construction departments.

• Develop and enforce project timelines while ensuring adherence to project budgets.

• Analyze construction plans, phasing, and schedules, while overseeing budgets and progress.

• Establish and monitor project budgets, construction timelines, and all associated construction expenses.

• Accelerate development timelines by engaging with and advising outside Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Governmental Agencies.

• Oversee the successful execution of construction remodel initiatives.

• Maintain regular communication with contractors, team members, vendors, and Franchisees/Operators regarding the development of plans, progress updates, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience and knowledge in project management, specifically in high-volume QSR restaurants.

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred.

• Proficient understanding of site evaluation and due diligence (including zoning, title, and physical characteristics).

• Experience with budget management and milestone/schedule development.

• Must be available for regular travel to assigned locations.

• Overnight travel by car or plane may be required up to 50-60% of the time.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned region.
