This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee extensive construction projects for clients, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and superior quality.
• Supervise daily on-site activities, facilitating information flow, and identifying and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
• Aid in finalizing the handover plan, ensuring that documentation is completed and expectations are fulfilled promptly and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the client team, consulting team, and contractor effectively.
• Enforce and assess essential project processes, working together with the client to implement improvements and adjustments.
• Lead and participate in crucial meetings to assess progress, engage in problem-solving, and convey impacts to stakeholders.
• Evaluate proposed changes and delays in the project work.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in project management.
• Possess a qualification in Project Management.
• Hold a degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Previous experience on the consultancy or client side is preferred.
• Strong design management capabilities.
• Excellent client management proficiency.
• Experience in securing new projects or fostering repeat business is highly valued.
