Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee safety and quality initiatives at the site level.

• Create, evaluate, and administer owner contracts and subcontracts.

• Manage labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractor costs and schedules.

• Maintain continuous communication with the owner/client regarding progress and conflict resolution.

• Required travel to the job site, with a minimum of 50% travel expected.

• Oversee self-perform construction projects with budgets starting at $30 million.

• Assist in financial forecasting, management of safety programs, and implementation of sitewide quality programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30 million.

• Outstanding customer and client relations skills.

• Proficiency in creating, controlling, and monitoring schedules and budgets.

• Experience in developing and managing contracts and subcontracts.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
