This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee relationships with both local and corporate clients by establishing professional and personal connections that foster trust and respect.
• Advocate for the ethics and values of Medcor, Inc.
• Gain a deep understanding of the organizational dynamics within the clinics.
• Lead and manage clinic staff, which includes responsibilities such as interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, administering wages and salaries, providing documented and timely feedback, conducting performance appraisals, setting goals, and developing procedures to achieve these goals.
• Assist in resolving problems at clinic sites and ensure proper utilization of electronic medical records by the staff.
• Responsible for managing the budget at assigned clinics, which involves maximizing revenue generation, controlling expenses, optimizing cash flow and volume, and managing the budget-setting process for the site.
• Monitor clinic performance and take action to ensure financial targets and objectives are achieved.
• Ensure accurate monthly financial billing and compliance with contract rates in these billings.
• Accountable for ensuring that standard operating procedures are established and adhered to in clinics, alongside driving growth in clinic volumes and services.
• Foster relationships with client executives, supervising physicians, and other local healthcare providers as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the Medcor corporate office to share information, enhance the quality of clinic services, and address field-related issues.
• Coordinate corporate training needs and local client relations.
• Work with Medcor and client IT staff to address computer requirements and needs.
• Collaborate with Medcor HR to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with Medcor accounting to ensure adherence to accounting procedures.
• Ensure the availability of medical and office supplies.
• Support training initiatives through the Medcor training department and other staff development needs.
• Initiate and participate in regular staff meetings and operations management team meetings.
• Engage effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting or employee health services, including management/supervisory experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation, occupational health, and wellness.
• Ability to analyze, question, and discuss variances in budgets and monthly financial reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit client sites and clinics.
• Capable of multi-tasking, being prepared, prioritizing tasks, following through, paying attention to detail, and thinking critically on a daily basis.
• Ability to quickly build credibility and respect with associates and client management.
• Proficient in managing daily operations effectively.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to identify workflow issues, redesign processes, and gain buy-in from all stakeholders regarding changes.
• Proficient in using personal computers, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong ethical standards and unwavering integrity.
• Possess an EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license.
