Construction Manager – Large Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage extensive and intricate capital projects across Chemours locations globally.

• Supervise all construction stages with responsibility for safety, costs, productivity, timelines, and quality assurance.

• Offer strategic and technical insights during the Front End Loading and Detailed Design phases.

• Ensure the creation of the MI-QA plan and oversee the qualification and validation of execution processes.

• Conduct Constructability Analysis and Optimization initiatives.

• Provide essential input during the review of the construction schedule and budget.

• Optimize and sustain integrated project timelines.

• Responsible for the overall outcomes of field activities related to projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over 8 years of experience in construction management for industrial construction projects.

• Extensive knowledge of capital project processes and associated support functions.

• Proven ability to lead and manage large capital construction ventures.

• Experience in facilitating field execution through contractor management.

• Skilled in detailed planning for contracted field operations.

• Competent in performing constructability analyses.

• Familiarity with best practices in safety, contracting/sourcing, cost management, quality assurance, scheduling, project cycle time reduction, invoicing, value engineering, and front-end loading.

• Must be open to traveling up to 50% of the time to capital project sites.
