Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly construction update meetings with clients.

• Oversee Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and collaborate with the design team.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders during construction phases, including clients, project managers, vendors, contractors, landlords, and building departments.

• Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) for clients that outline each step of a specific task within a project.

• Ensure seamless operations in critical environments by providing tailored HVAC, generator, and utility solutions.

• Create client-specific Method of Procedures for effective project execution.

• Review construction drawings, manage schedules, and update the client portal accordingly.

• Foster strong client relationships through exemplary project delivery.

• Revise schedules using the online construction portal (Project Mates).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and take the initiative to advance projects.

• Adaptability and eagerness to engage in various projects and tasks, tackling new challenges with enthusiasm.

• Fundamental knowledge of Building Automation/Management systems.

• Skilled in utilizing engineering tools and software for developing project schedules and monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines.
