Construction Estimator, Fire Suppression Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents thoroughly.

• Oversee the entire bidding process from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals.

• Submit competitive bids to ensure a continuous project pipeline.

• Operate within the company's established estimating procedures and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate bid submissions.

• Manage multiple bidding opportunities while adhering to strict deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.

• Background in estimating commercial construction projects based in the U.S.

• Strong grasp of fire protection plans, specifications, and relevant industry standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working during business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Proven track record of winning competitive bids—not just preparing estimates.

• Capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.

• Ready to contribute immediately with little training or onboarding.

• Experience in a small, fast-paced construction environment.

• Full-time availability is essential.

• Proven estimating experience in fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.

• Strong English communication abilities.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

• Resume must be formatted in English.

• Must be willing to work in the U.S. timezone.
