Construction Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates for both commercial and government construction projects.

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to create precise estimates.

• Detect any missing information and document assumptions when plans are lacking details.

• Create bids for projects valued between $500K and $5.5M.

• Collaborate with senior estimators to enhance pricing strategies and methodologies.

• Leverage estimating software and AI tools to boost efficiency.

• Assist in rapid bid submissions while ensuring accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience in the United States.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable construction/trade background.

• Preferred experience in estimating for commercial or government projects.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and performing quantity takeoffs.

• Familiarity with construction estimating software is required.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
