This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee a multifunctional Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team responsible for delivering a variety of mixed-use, residential, and hotel projects according to client specifications.
• Manage critical stakeholder relationships across the client's organization and various government entities.
• Supervise overall construction management and ensure effective control measures are in place.
• Track contractors' adherence to contractual obligations.
• Assess construction progress in relation to the established schedule.
• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure that resources are aligned with both current and future commitments while maximizing opportunities.
• Provide planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise for complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Uphold and enhance the reputation of AtkinsRéalis with clients.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify new growth opportunities for the Group.
• Mobilize personnel and teams to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Foster strong working relationships within intricate project, client, and internal frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum BSc, BEng, BA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Currently serving at the Director Level.
• Chartered status is essential in the initial requirements; later categorized as preferable.
• Over 20 years of experience, including at least 7 years in a similar project or role.
• Extensive experience with high-end hotels, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary site teams within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Experience with large-scale construction operations and oversight of multiple contracts.
• Highly articulate, with a background in reporting and communicating to senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project control processes, quality assurance, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Proficient in planning, analysis, process management, and commercial considerations.
• Capable of mobilizing teams and driving successful project execution.
• Skilled in relationship-building within complex project, client, and internal structures.
