Construction Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Evaluate cost trends, challenges, and opportunities within a global data center portfolio.

• Conduct benchmarking, identify trends, and perform analyses for growth forecasting.

• Offer insights and recommendations to support internal initiatives and facilitate problem-solving discussions.

• Clearly, concisely, and professionally present the findings of analyses.

• Enhance and streamline processes through the use of software tools and automation.

• Assess contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks, identifying and negotiating any outliers.

• Create and manage monthly project cash flow forecasts and accruals.

• Examine project budgets against program-wide benchmarks and ongoing cost trends.

• Suggest project funding requirements based on benchmarks and cost trends when needed.

• Assist in gathering information necessary for capital planning requests.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

• Carry out cost management tasks for related projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing technical skills such as benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods to address problems.

• Prior commercial experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects.

• Proficiency in advanced software tools, particularly Excel and Power BI Dashboards.

• UAT/QA experience is advantageous.

• Excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to excel in a client-facing environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
