This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Evaluate cost trends, challenges, and opportunities within a global data center portfolio.
β’ Conduct benchmarking, identify trends, and perform analyses for growth forecasting.
β’ Offer insights and recommendations to support internal initiatives and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
β’ Clearly, concisely, and professionally present the findings of analyses.
β’ Enhance and streamline processes through the use of software tools and automation.
β’ Assess contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks, identifying and negotiating any outliers.
β’ Create and manage monthly project cash flow forecasts and accruals.
β’ Examine project budgets against program-wide benchmarks and ongoing cost trends.
β’ Suggest project funding requirements based on benchmarks and cost trends when needed.
β’ Assist in gathering information necessary for capital planning requests.
β’ Comply with SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
β’ Carry out cost management tasks for related projects as necessary.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing technical skills such as benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods to address problems.
β’ Prior commercial experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects.
β’ Proficiency in advanced software tools, particularly Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
β’ UAT/QA experience is advantageous.
β’ Excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to excel in a client-facing environment.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
