Construction Crew Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervising construction teams to ensure all work is performed according to client specifications.

• Coordinating on-site crews to fulfill client requests efficiently.

• Making sure that crews adhere to schedules to accommodate client requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols at the job site.

• Monitoring completed footage and collaborating with office personnel.

• Acting as a bridge between upper management and construction teams.

• Providing on-site expertise and guidance for construction crews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing.

• Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Willingness to travel 20% - 30% of the time.

• Experience with drills, excavators, locators, and trenchers is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing small teams is necessary.
