This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Consistently meet and exceed the sales goals established by the Company.
• Provide engaging presentations to prospects and clients, showcasing MAPEI’s value propositions and solutions.
• Develop and enhance relationships with key decision-makers to foster customer loyalty and retention.
• Propel sales growth via applicators and distribution networks.
• Facilitate training sessions for contractors and distributors on product knowledge, innovations, and field trials.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to aid in product development and improvements.
• Keep comprehensive and precise records of customers, projects, and sales activities in MAPEI's CRM (D365).
• Identify and recommend customized MAPEI solutions to address specific customer requirements.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Gather and evaluate market intelligence to guide competitive strategies and product innovations.
• Represent MAPEI at industry trade shows, including ICRI, SWRI, and ACI events, along with key networking and customer meetings to boost brand visibility.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety and quality regulations.
• Execute additional duties as needed.
• Proven external sales experience with a successful track record in the relevant industry/products.
• Strong understanding of the assigned market/industry.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Capability to stand for long periods and work autonomously.
• Proficient in using Windows-based PCs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and navigating the Internet.
• In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan, where your incentive pay is determined as a variable percentage based on your budget-to-actual net sales achievement and paid on a monthly basis.
