This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee onsite labor teams directly, which includes WhiteWater field staff and subcontractors.

• Allocate daily responsibilities, monitor crew efficiency, and ensure compliance with project timelines.

• Conduct and supervise maintenance tasks related to waterslides.

• Guarantee that safety measures and quality benchmarks are upheld.

• Offer practical technical support to crew members concerning gelcoat application and coating techniques.

• Engage professionally with park operators, maintenance teams, and site representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of experience in fields such as construction, coatings, composites, or industrial maintenance.

• Practical experience with fiberglass repairs and gelcoat application.

• Background in industrial or specialty coatings.

• Knowledge of steel surface preparation and painting processes.

• Experience in supervising field teams in active job site environments.

• Competence with basic reporting tools and mobile documentation for job sites.

• Ability to travel for extended durations and adapt to flexible schedules, including working nights and during shutdowns when necessary.
