• Evaluate conflict reports related to new business opportunities and prospective hires, and communicate the findings.
• Use discretion to escalate any ambiguous or unusual conflict scenarios to the Firm Counsel and the Director of Business Intake and Conflicts.
• Prepare consent letters as requested by attorneys within the firm.
• Collaborate with the Business Intake Department as necessary to establish, oversee, and deactivate ethical walls.
• Suggest enhancements to processes, services, solutions, policy revisions, and/or significant deviations from established practices.
• Ensure adherence to conflict-related Firm policies and procedures while aiding in the formulation of departmental processes and guidelines.
• A Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in the jurisdiction of at least one of the Firm's office locations is required.
• Preferably, experience in conflict of interest analysis or related risk management initiatives, along with familiarity with Intapp Open.
