• Oversee personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution or trial.
• Perform thorough case investigations and establish robust evidentiary support.
• Prepare and submit pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Skillfully negotiate with insurance providers and opposing legal counsel.
• Prepare for and advocate for clients in trial when required.
• Formulate case strategies designed to optimize client outcomes.
• Remain updated on legal trends, case law, and regulatory changes.
• Guide and assist junior attorneys and legal personnel.
• Contribute to enhancing client experiences and firm growth initiatives.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution.
• Active legal license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
• 3–5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record of achieving favorable case results and settlements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strong instincts for negotiation and strategic planning.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management systems.
• Experience with complex or high-value injury cases (preferred candidates).
• First-chair or significant trial experience (preferred candidates).
• Demonstrated involvement in leadership, mentorship, or community service (preferred candidates).
