Personal Injury Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution or trial.

• Perform comprehensive case investigations and build robust evidentiary support.

• Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

• Strategically negotiate with insurance companies and opposing legal counsel.

• Prepare for and advocate for clients in court when required.

• Formulate case strategies designed to optimize client outcomes.

• Keep abreast of legal trends, case law, and regulatory changes.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal personnel.

• Enhance client experiences and contribute to initiatives for firm growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.

• Active bar license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.

• 3–5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve favorable case results and settlements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset.

• Capability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team.

• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
