This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Accountable for executing conflict searches for daily requests related to new clients and matters in an efficient manner.
• Conduct comprehensive corporate research utilizing a variety of search tools.
• Perform a thorough examination of Intapp Open workflow requests, ensuring a deep understanding of submissions to confirm that essential information is present for proper processing.
• Deliver an in-depth analysis of the Conflict Results Report to pinpoint genuine potential conflicts according to established team protocols.
• Undertake necessary research to assess the materiality of potential conflicts.
• Investigate the Conflicts Database and other firm documents to guarantee appropriate conflict resolution.
• Engage with relevant request stakeholders to facilitate the clearing of potential conflicts.
• Maintain daily communication with the Manager regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest or any pertinent issues concerning pending requests.
• Systematically document and organize records related to the resolution of potential conflicts of interest.
• Keep in touch with attorneys and staff regarding conflict of interest issues through phone and personal interactions.
• Monitor the status of outstanding or ongoing Work Flow requests.
• Manage special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a 2‐ or 4-year degree is preferred.
• 3‐5 years of experience is required, ideally within a professional services setting.
• Prior experience with Intapp is necessary.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy guidelines and associated rules regarding conflicts processing is preferred.
• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting time constraints.
• Ability to operate effectively with moderate supervision while adhering to established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
• Proficiency in interacting professionally and providing exceptional service.
• Competence in addressing requests that require analysis and decision-making for new client/matter processing.
