This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Clinical Systems Configuration Architect is tasked with overseeing all architectural aspects, making decisions, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the enterprise.
• Responsible for developing and upholding the architectural frameworks that will steer the organization's technology choices.
• Establish and disseminate standards, best practices, and guidelines for the implementation of clinical systems.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and technology teams to comprehend their needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain an understanding of a diverse range of solutions and methods for the operationalization of clinical systems.
• Create policies, standards, and guidelines that govern the selection, development, implementation, and utilization of platforms within the organization.
• Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to both team members and leaders within the department.
• Diagnose existing clinical configurations to pinpoint errors or shortcomings and devise innovative solutions.
• Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, business intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least seven (7) years of experience with Health Edge/Guiding Care in advanced clinical systems configuration, system/business solution analysis, and development.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Preferably two (2) years of experience in a project management or leadership role.
• Experience with TriZetto/Cognizant Facets applications is preferred.
• Preferred experience in implementing LTSS functionality in the Health Edge/Guiding Care platform.
