This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and verify client benefit configurations, which encompass Benefit Orders, Benefit Products, Member Products, and Member Health Plans.
• Carry out activities such as configuring and testing eligibility files, establishing SFTP connections, setting up the PCA portal, creating stopgap rules, integrating data warehouses, and updating systems.
• Configure new products, integrate carriers, and implement benefit enhancements as they become available.
• Ensure clients are adequately prepared for go-live by checking claims processing readiness and the accuracy of setups through audits.
• Conduct post go-live and post rollover validations, which include claims quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Assist with ongoing modifications related to benefit changes, rollovers, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Managers and Solutions Managers to facilitate transitions and manage the technical aspects of onboarding new clients and implementing changes for existing clients.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and various cross-functional teams to oversee technical implementation tasks and monitor progress using ticketing systems.
• Aid in plan year rollovers and system updates for current clients to enhance Client Success.
• Maintain configuration tools, documentation, and workflows to foster consistency and scalability.
• Contribute to process enhancements based on retrospectives and operational insights.
• Support operational initiatives concerning billing, claims resolution, and improvements in the implementation process.
• Proven experience in system configuration, operations, implementation, or roles related to system support.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to accurately execute complex setup requirements.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems, tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the requirement for sponsorship, either now or in the future.
