This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Engage in outreach to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms to foster engagement and secure sponsorship participation.
⢠Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities while overseeing the entire sales process for sponsorship packages.
⢠Keep precise records of all leads, communications, and updates in the CRM database.
⢠Conduct continuous industry research to discover new leads, improve conference content, and remain updated on market trends.
⢠Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance retention and uncover new business opportunities.
⢠Exhibit professionalism, extensive product knowledge, and a solutions-focused approach in all client interactions.
⢠Attend selected conferences to aid in onsite relationship-building, execution, and client service efforts.
⢠Collaborate with team members to share insights, enhance client engagement initiatives, and achieve collective outcomes.
⢠Take part in regular team meetings to offer updates, share feedback, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
⢠A college degree is preferred.
⢠A valid U.S. entry visa is required.
⢠Advanced English proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
⢠1ā3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or event management.
⢠Demonstrated ability to sell intangible services and effectively communicate value.
⢠Professional and engaging communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
⢠Experience in customer service or call center roles is advantageous.
⢠Background in the hospitality or event sales industry is preferred.
⢠Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
⢠A competitive spirit with a desire to exceed expectations and outperform peers.
⢠Willingness to travel occasionally to support live events.
⢠100% remote work environment with occasional travel to on-site conferences (depending on the position).
