This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within Law.com’s primary industries.
• Create conference themes, session topics, and complete agendas based on research findings and audience requirements.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts, clients, and internal stakeholders to confirm content direction.
• Identify, recruit, and secure speakers, panelists, and moderators.
• Establish and manage advisory boards.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with speakers and advisors throughout the planning process.
• Act as the main content leader onsite, overseeing speakers, session flow, and program execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and sponsorship teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Address onsite challenges and provide support to speakers as needed.
• Manage production timelines, deliverables, and deadlines effectively.
• Work with the marketing team on event positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with sponsorship teams on commercially viable content opportunities.
• Evaluate post-event feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Keep track of competitive events and shifts in the industry landscape.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new event formats, product expansions, and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• 3–5 years of experience in conference production, content development, research, or related fields.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to convert insights into engaging agendas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior-level professionals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel for onsite event execution.
