Concierge Specialist – General Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional service in dining, experiences, and retail.

• Coordinate with all business segments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of member concerns.

• Interact with members, showcase the product interface, and give a comprehensive overview of the membership.

• Handle member requests from start to finish.

• Assist customers and fulfill their requests through the proprietary app in a 24/7/365 concierge setting.

• Demonstrated experience in luxury concierge services or hospitality.

• Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.

• A “yes first” mindset.

• General understanding of high-end experiences, luxury products, and fine dining establishments.

• Previous experience working with high net worth individuals and clients.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving approach.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that are clear and effective.

• Experience in a collaborative and open environment.

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure setting with strict deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
