This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive member scheduling process for imaging services, encompassing referrals, appointments, and communications.

• Gather and validate member demographic details, insurance eligibility, and benefit coverage.

• Arrange imaging appointments with provider facilities based on member requirements, availability, and client specifications.

• Act as the primary contact for members and provide updates regarding appointments.

• Facilitate communication between members, imaging providers, clients, and internal teams.

• Educate members about the Valenz Imaging program, the scheduling process, and available imaging options.

• Confirm appointments and record scheduling activities in relevant systems.

• Monitor scheduling progress, pinpoint obstacles to timely care, and coordinate solutions.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with imaging providers and clients.

• Assist with claims-related tasks and administrative support functions.

• Promote the growth and utilization of the Valenz Imaging program.

• Document member interactions, scheduling activities, and case details in internal systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical office operations, customer service, or related healthcare support is required.

• Experience in verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, or prior authorizations is preferred.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with multiple priorities.

• A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service and positive member experiences.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills; capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple cases, and meeting service level expectations.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, appointment scheduling, and documentation.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Capacity to identify scheduling barriers, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.

• Ability to learn and utilize scheduling platforms, EHR systems, CRM tools, and other healthcare software.

• Capability to work collaboratively and independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• US-based work location is required.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is necessary.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.
