Concierge Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide continuous, relationship-focused care to a select virtual panel of approximately 1,000 members, covering preventive health, chronic conditions, complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness.

• Work collaboratively each day with a multidisciplinary care team including coaches, RNs, and coordinators, utilizing modern tools such as AI-driven documentation and asynchronous care.

• Take a leading role in the ongoing enhancement of digital workflows, messaging standards, scheduling strategies, premium service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings.

• Act as a clinical advocate in shaping practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement within a dynamic, highly-driven startup where your contributions significantly influence care delivery.

• Benefit from dedicated time for same-day urgent care, comprehensive consultations (50-minute new appointments, 25-minute follow-ups), and adaptable administrative periods—free from legacy issues or RVU pressures.

⛳️ Requirements

• US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient practice.

• Active medical license or eligibility.

• A patient-centered approach to care, demonstrating willingness, patience, and enthusiasm in engaging with patients at their level regarding their questions and interests.

• A proactive attitude towards staying informed on topics such as longevity, advanced testing, wearable technology, mental health, and gender-specific health issues.

• Preferred: A presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.

• Possession of a medical license in current and expansion states (NC, TX, CA, IN) or multi-state licensure.

• Experience in virtual care and/or concierge, Direct Primary Care (DPC), or membership-based models.

• A proven history of delivering exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence.

• An openness to innovative care frameworks and a strong commitment to comprehensive patient service.

• Comfort and curiosity with cutting-edge health technology, including AI documentation, wearables, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, longevity, and root-cause approaches.
