Concierge Longevity Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, relationship-oriented care to a select virtual panel of approximately 1,000 members, addressing preventive health, chronic conditions, complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness.

• Emphasize contemporary longevity strategies rooted in lifestyle medicine, while having the capacity to discuss and recommend both emerging pharmacological treatments (such as GLP-1s and Category 1 Peptides) and non-pharmacological therapies (including red-light therapy, hot/cold plunges, and hyperbaric treatments).

• Take the lead in the ongoing enhancement of digital workflows, communication standards, scheduling frameworks, premium service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings.

• Act as a clinical advocate in shaping the practice culture, communication norms, and patient engagement within a dynamic, highly motivated startup environment, where your ideas can directly influence care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine in the United States.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient practice setting.

• Active medical license or eligibility for licensure.

• A patient-centered approach to care, characterized by a willingness, patience, and enthusiasm for engaging patients at their level regarding their questions and interests.

• An eagerness to stay informed and engage with current topics such as longevity, advanced testing, wearable data, mental health, and both women's and men's health issues.
